MY VACATION IN BALI
I spent the last vacation in Bali with my father, mother, and sister. We left Semarang at 12.45.
At 7 in the Evening, we arrived at ngurah Rai and went to the hotel directly. The hotel was amazing. Inna Grand Bali Hotel was a big hotel. It is about 5 hectares and located next to Sanur beach. it only three minutes from the hotel to reach the beach. My sister and I went to the beach every morning.
We spent the first day in Bali by enjoying our stay in the hotel. We did some exercise in a gym and swam in hotel’s swimming pool.
On the second day, we were picked by a minibus and went to Tanjung Benoa Harbour. Then, we took a boat to Nusa Penida island. We had a great tour at Nusa Penida. First we visited a village. We were amazed by this unique Balinese village. After that, we snorkeled in the sea. The fish and coral was stunning. Late in the evening, we went back to our hotel in Denpasar.
The following day, we went shopping at Sukowti. My mom bought a lot of Balinese clotheing. I bought a small painting for my bedroom. My sister decided to buy some necklaces made of shells. She said she wanted to give them as souvenirs for her friends. Finally, we flew back to Semarang I the afternoon.
It was one of the nicest vacations I have ever taken.

II. NARRATVE TEXT

Last holiday, my friends and I decided to go to Bromo. We left semarang in the afternoon. After a very long and tiring trip, we finally arrived in Probolinggo. We arrived at the hotel at 2 p.m., and immediately were ready for our trip to the mountain.
Bromo actually belongs to the Tengger group. This group consists of four mountains, namely Bromo, Penanjakan, Batok, and Widodaren. Driving on our car we climbed Penanjakan to enjoy the sunrise. It was amazing!
From penanjakan, we left for Bromo. During our trip, a horrible thing happened. Although Bromo is lower than Penanjakan, our trip was very difficult. While our car was slowly climbing the mountain, it suddenly became stuck. It slowly moved backward! We quickly jumped out of the car. The driver asked us to push the car. We pushed and pushed the car but the engine refused to start. When we were too tired to push, we stopped and leaned our backs to the car to stop it sliding backward. It was horrible. All of us were desperate. After thirty minutes, the engine worked again. We cried in happiness. Then we continued our journey.
We spent an hour in Bromo. I climbed the mountain on horseback and enjoyed the beauty of the smoky crater. However, most of my friends refused to climb the mountain. They were too tired to do so. Pushing the car made them exhausted.

One hot day, an ant was searching for some water. After walking around for some time, she came to a spring.
To reach the spring she had to climb up a blade of grass. While making her way up, she slipped and fell into the water.
